We aim for high standards but sometimes things do go wrong.
Unless you tell us, however, we will not know that you are unhappy.
If you contact us, we will be able to work with you to put things
right as soon as possible.

Personal information
If you make a complaint, we will respect your right to confidentiality.
Although we will need to share the information you give us with
others who might be dealing with your complaint, we will only do this if necessary. We will not pass on any information unless we have to do so by law, and will only pass on as much as is necessary. 

On completion of this form you will be asked if you require an automated acknowledgement email.  If requested, this email will confirm the details you have supplied to us and provides you with a reference number.

Under our response standards, we will endeavour to acknowledge your online complaint within 2 working days of receipt.
