Needles

Service Outline

Newport City Council is able to deal with problems relating to the disposal of needles (hypodermic syringes) which have been deposited in: 

  • parks, play and other communal areas
  • highways
  • toilets

The council is unable to deal with problems of this nature where it occurs in private property or on private land.
